Nadine believes that being a Physiotherapist is an honour; she will meet you where you are at and coach you toward deeper resiliency. Ultimately the goal is to help balance your nervous system, build capacity in your physical body and coach your body to do what it does best, which is to adapt.

With the right evidence-based treatment and a personalized approach; every patient can benefit from rehab plan. Her B.Sc with Honours and Master’s of Physical Therapy have built the foundation for critical thinking and lifelong learning. Her clinical knowledge is paired with a passion for exercise as medicine and a care for people. Her experience working in rehabilitation spans over a decade.

Nadine has further developed her expertise in the field of Cancer Rehabilitation through extensive continuing education. Nadine is a certified PINC& STEEL and PORI oncology therapist. She has completed various other advanced training certifications in cancer rehab while staying on top of the on-going body of research. Her monthly blog content ‘The Cancer Physio’ is free platform for science communication.
